IMMUTREP

A range of serological tests for both screening and confirmation of Syphillis.  From the classical VDRL Antigen to RPR and USR Antigen, there are several formats for Syphillis screening which provide a suitable cost effective method for all labratories and Primary Health Care Centres. A low cost Rotator is available for use with the IMMUTREP-RPR test kits to complete the package available.

BETATEX

Latex Pregnancy Test utilising the Direct Agglutination technique. Beta-Subunit specific antibodies are used to ensure high specificity and sensitivity of 0.2 IU/ml.

Positive, Negative Controls and Dispenser/Stirrers are included in each kit and the results are available in 2 minutes or less. Different pack sizes are available which make the products convenient and cost effective for large and small laboratories.

AVITEX

A complete range of Latex Serology Tests featuring an easy to use, 'NO SERUM DILUTION' test format. All AVITEX products are standardised against recognised standards, where appropriate, to ensure the correct serological activity, sensitivity and specificity.

Positive and Negative Controls are included to monitor the performance of the assays. Different pack sizes are available which makes the products convenient for large and small laboratories.

MICROPATH

A range of stained bacterial antigen suspensions for use in slide or tube agglutination assays. In the presence of the corresponding antibody in the patient's serum the reagent suspension will agglutinate to form an easily read result. Somatic Antigens (group O) are stained blue and Flagellar antigens (Group H) are stained red for identification and ease of reading.

VIROTECT

VIROTECT-ROTA is a rapid latex agglutination test for the detection of Rotavirus in faecal samples.

AVIPATH

A range of tests to detect microbial antigens featuring latex agglutination technology. All the tests are sensitive and specific, utilising highly purified antibodies to detect the antigen concerned. An easy to use protocol ensures reliable results in critical diagnostic situations.

AVIPATH-STREP is a latex agglutination test kit which identifies the clinically important Lancefield Groups A, B, C, D, F and G Streptococci. Utilising a rapid enzyme extraction of 10 minutes and highly specific antibodies an accurate test result is assured.

AVIPATH-STAPH is a latex agglutination test for the presumptive identification of Staphylococcus aureus. Detecting both Coagulase and Protein A with one latex reagent, the test offers rapid results in under one minute and a specific identification.
