Diagnostics Limited completed a “reverse acquisition” of an AIM-listed
cash shell company called Quintessentially English PLC.

In August 2007, the company completed the acquisition of two companies,
Genesis Diagnostics Limited and Cambridge Nutritional Sciences Limited.

The Group now provides high quality IVD products for use in Hospitals,
Blood Banks, Clinics and Laboratories in over 100 countries.
